Tiffany
& Co.® requested "cutting edge" cake designs
as store displays
for
the company's annaul bridal fair in 1995. Our original Tiffany®
design
features
a tiered cake with "ledges that hold that hold photos in
edible
keepsake
picture frames. This cake was created for one such event and
has
become the requested 'signature" cake for fondant.com.

These
shortbread cookies were an instant hit back in 1991 and are
the
top-selling, original holiday cookie for our parent company Spirit
Bear
Company.
Our unique, all-natural shortbread dough is tinted and shaped
like
clay to produce these whimsical and delicious designs.
These
original designs are featured in the recently published book;
"1,000 Ideas for Decorating
Cupcakes, Cookies and Cakes".

A
charming young bride-to-be came into our shop and requested that
we sculpt
a
wedding cake topper for her that depicted the first time she
met her future
husband
at a local Starbucks®. She submitted pictures of the coffeehouse
interior
along with photos of her gown and the grooms outfit. This one-of-a-kind,
wedding
cake topper has survived over ten years and is the keepsake that
our
dear friends "The Coffeehouse Couple" hoped it would
become.

The
future of this Loyal University graduate is extremely bright
sitting
on
his own cake as a sculpted cake topper ready to change the world.
We
created this graduate replica capturing his personality through
detail
features
such as his trademark Chuck's® shoes & Ray-Ban® shades.

Bell Hop was inspired by the Rankin-Bass® classic Halloween
comedy
animation, Mad Mad Monster Party and created for a Chicago
theatre
Halloween party who are big fans of the 1967 animated classic.

photo-op situation has since become the most requested of all
custom
sculpted cake toppers since we created it in October 2009.

iconic pop-up turkey image was created out of fondant and built
on a
platform
of our delicious shortbread cookie dough. Our whimsical fondant
cookie
designs provide endless theme possibilities and can be hand produced
and
packaged in any quantity. The taste combination created between
the soft
vanilla
flavored fondant and melt-in-your mouth all-butter shortbread
cookie
make
this holiday treat a complete and satisfying sensory experience.

Commissioned
by Tiffany & Co.® for the re-launch of a favorite china
pattern,
this fondant covered white chocolate and buttercream cake
features
the pattern's stunning floral design in piped Royal Icing.
The
finished Royal Icing became a "canvas" and was hand-painted
in custom
mixed
food coloring to exactly replicate the vibrant pattern details
found
on
the rim of their original dinner plate pattern. This cake was
featured at
Tiffany
& Co.®, Chicago, as part of an in-store display.

We
pulled out all the stops for New Years celebrations when we
created
this elegant, decadent, Brûléed Cream Cheese Tart.
To create a
dramatic
finish we topped this rich centerpiece dessert with sugar-encased
Lady
Apples, Figs, and concord grapes. A handmade browned butter,
shortbread
crust holds the contents that are topped with dramatic spun
sugar
tendrils.
